Referral and Rebate Information

Clients can access psychological treatment via the Medicare Better Access Initiative (ie. Mental Health Care Plan referral from their paediatrician or GP). With this, clients pay in full and Medicare provides a rebate.

Clients can also access psychological treatment via their private health fund. With this, no paediatrician/GP referral is needed. Private health funds pay for part of the treatment and clients pay a gap.

Clients who are NDIS participants (either plan-managed or self-managed) can also access psychological treatment with their NDIS funding.

EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities are available at the clinic as well as electronic Medicare Easyclaim
